How do I book a session?
Once you've feel that we qualify to take your photos, fill out an "Portraits" inquiry on the contact page! (or down below this page!) When we receive your inquiry we'll will contact with you to discuss what ideas you have for your session.
Do I have to pay a retainer fee?
To ensure the best experience a non-refundable 25% retainer fee is added to the total cost for a more secured booking. Like any person they value quality and reserving the day and time will ensure no one else will take your slot.
How will I receive my photos?
All photos are delivered via in a private digital gallery. An email is sent to you that will direct you to your gallery!
If your package includes physical prints it will be sent by mail with the address you provided me upon booking.
When will I receive my photos?
The general return time is within 5-7 business days however this could change depending on the line up. If you wish to rush your photos a $50 rush fee will be added.
Something came up and can't make it to the shoot can I reschedule?
We understand inconveniences can occur such as illness, rainy weather or other priorities needing to be attended to. Rescheduling a new date that doesn't interfere with the photographers schedule is possible without no rescheduling fee. Retainer will be applied to the new date.
Will I get the RAW images too?
Short answer... No. Raw images are the unfinished product of what you hire me for. Would you ask the chef to bring you a raw chicken?
Do you charge a travel fee?
If the shoot location is WITHIN Bexar County I do NOT charge a fee. I go specifically if the shoot location is out of county lines. Travel is only charged if shoot leads outside of county lines and added up with the IRS gas mileage total which is 65 cents per mile.
What if I want more prints with my package?
Thats a great question! If you wish to purchase additional prints of different sizes and types, your gallery will allow you to print through our print labs. Your gallery will give you a tour on how to purchase prints.
