FAQ
Do I book you in person?
Not at all! Once you send an inquiry out to me, I will send a proposal that allows you to book a free consultation through Zoom. This makes it easier for us to meet and get to know each other! We discuss your desired package, add any addition needs, sign contract and pay your booking deposit! Once all that is completed you have finalized your booking with me! How far in advance do we need to book?
Depending on the date of your wedding I recommend at least a good 3 months to a year advance.
It’s always best to complete your booking as soon as you’re sure I’m the photographer for you. A signed contract and a retainer are due to reserve your date.
Should I opt-in for a second shooter?
Having a second shooter can be beneficial for several reasons. First, having two photographers is helpful to capture some of those “getting ready moments” while you and your partner may be in separate locations before the ceremony. A second shooter can also help capture different angles and guarantees excellent coverage during your ceremony and any other important moments of the day.
Think of it this way — if you are walking down the aisle, you may want photos of your excited smile as well as the back of your dress or garments while also capturing your partner’s reaction. I do my best to capture this all when I am working solo, but a second shooter can help make sure that all those boxes are checked. Finally, a second photographer is suggested for weddings with more than 150 guests to ensure coverage of all guests and families while the primary shooter may be working exclusively with the couple.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! Based on the timeline leading up to your date we can discuss a necessary percentage over 4 payments.
Do you offer discounts for weekday weddings or off-season weddings?
No matter the day of the week or month of the year, all weddings are the same amount of work and are therefore all charged at the same price
Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
Yes, as your professional wedding photographer, I will retain copyright of all your wedding images, however I always provide an official copyright release for you allowing unlimited personal use and printing of your wedding photos.
When will we get our album?
Wedding albums are ordered immediately upon your final approval and generally arrive 2-4 months after that. Because our wedding albums are hand made, the amount of time to complete them can vary, but it’s so worth the wait
Are you vaccinated against COVID-19?
I’m fully vaccinated and will be getting any boosters as required to maintain a valid vaccine passport
Are you LGBTQ+ friendly?
Of course! Love is love no matter what your sexual orientation is. Panther eye photography doesn't discriminate towards race, religion, or sexual identity.
How will we receive our Wedding Videos?
Great Question! All videos are delivered through a digital gallery showcasing all your videos I prepared for you! A beautiful well organized platform thats easy to navigate for you to view and download your videos.
Will we get the RAW footage or photos?
Shorts answer no. Raw images are the unfinished product of what you hire me for. I am here to shoot AND create the film!
