During our conversation, I’ll guide you through the process and answer any questions you may have. Afterward, you’ll receive my bridal guide, complete with FAQs, collection options, and starting investment details to help you move forward with confidence.

Following our call, I’ll create a personalized quote tailored to your needs and everything we discussed. Once you’re ready to move forward, your date will be officially secured with a signed agreement and a non-refundable retainer.

Planning your Engagement Session

We’ll select a date and begin planning your engagement session together. I’ll provide a detailed guide with outfit recommendations, location inspiration, and ideal lighting times to help you feel fully prepared. We’ll also collaborate on a shared Pinterest board so I can recommend locations that align seamlessly with your style and overall vision.

Wedding Day & Gallery delivery

On your wedding day, I’ll arrive 15–30 minutes early to get settled, connect with your team, and familiarize myself with the venue. You can expect a selection of sneak peeks within the first week, followed by your fully edited gallery delivered within 8–12 weeks, with my goal always being closer to the earlier side.

I’m so excited you’re ready! The first step is to fill out my contact form so I can learn a bit more about you and your day. Once that’s submitted, I’ll reach out to schedule a consultation where we can chat through all the details. If it feels like the perfect fit, I’ll then send over a proposal with your contract and invoice to officially reserve your date.

Can we meet you before booking?

Absolutely. I love connecting before making things official—it’s important to me that you feel comfortable and confident. We can meet in person or over a video call

Can we tweak our coverage later on?

Absolutely. I know timelines can shift as your day gets closer, and I’m always happy to adjust your coverage if needed. Once you have a rough itinerary, I can let you know if your current package still makes sense or if a few more (or fewer) hours would be ideal.

We’re having a small wedding or elopement—do you do those?

Definitely. I love photographing intimate weddings and elopements just as much as larger celebrations. I have options tailored specifically for those kinds of days.

What primary photographic style do you identify with?

My style is a mix of documentary and storytelling with warm like tones. I focus on candid moments that feel natural, while also capturing artistic compositions that highlight the beauty of the day.

How long have you been shooting weddings? How many weddings have you photographed

I’ve been photographing weddings for 4 years and have had the honor of capturing numerous couples’ celebrations. Each wedding is unique, and I treat every one with the same level of care and attention.

Do you shoot film as well as digital?

I primarily shoot digital, which allows me to deliver a wide range of images quickly and reliably. However, if you’re interested in film, we can discuss options to incorporate it into your coverage

Do you work with LGBTQ+ couples?

Yes, of course! I proudly work with all couples and celebrate love in every form

1. Do you travel for destination weddings?

Yes! I love traveling for weddings and am happy to capture your day wherever it takes place. Travel details can be discussed based on your location.

When should we start and end coverage?

For a full day, I usually start around 45 minutes before you get dressed and wrap up 20–30 minutes into the dance floor.

Do you work with a second shooter?

Yes, I offer the option of adding a second photographer. It’s a great way to capture multiple perspectives and moments happening at the same time.

Do I need a second photographer?

Not always—it depends on the size and flow of your wedding. For intimate celebrations, one photographer is often enough. For larger weddings or when you’d like simultaneous coverage (like both partners getting ready in different places), a second shooter can be very beneficial

How long is the turnaround time for our wedding gallery?

Full wedding galleries are typically delivered within 6–12 weeks. I also send a sneak peek shortly after your wedding so you have a few highlights to enjoy right away

How will we receive our photos?

I’ll send you a private, password-protected online gallery where you can view, download, and share all your images.

Do you provide the original unedited RAW image files?

I don’t provide RAW files, as the edited images are a true reflection of my style and professional work. Every photo you receive will be fully polished and ready to enjoy

Will you post our photos online?

I love sharing my couples’ stories, but your privacy comes first. With your permission, I may feature select images on my website or social media. If you’d prefer to keep them private, just let me know.
